We are looking to recruit a part time Clerical Officer in the HR Medical and Dental Services department based at Law House.
The Human Resources (HR) directorate have an excellent opportunity to work in our Medical and Dental Services team. This role will provide support to the team in all aspects of administration including updating systems/databases, filing, shredding, photocopying, completing spreadsheets, word documents, payroll (SSTS) etc.
About You
You will have an interest in working within an Office/HR environment and be willing to develop within the role. You will have proficient knowledge of IT systems and general administrative experience.
About the Team
Our HR Medical and Dental team are a small dedicated team, managing all aspects of HR for our doctors including consultants, specialty and associate specialists, junior doctors etc across Lanarkshire.
Qualification & Training
- Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
Skills/Abilities
- Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills which include working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
This is a permanent part-time post and the hours of work are 22.5 per week
