(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
- Creating and execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedules
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Procuring factory production equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance
- Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself
- Implementing all the company’s procedures and policies
- Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management
- Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control
- Training and coaching Factory Operators and Sorters
- Evaluation for staff and KPI Targets
- Responsible for checking and approve all reports which were mad by subordinates
- Set up budget for each division and manage the use of budget as per the approvement budget
- Project management related to operation
- Continually Monitor and evaluate acitivities of subordinates and instruct them if necessary
- Activate to develop staff s' multi-skill, all shall be under control to help them develop their performance at highest efficiency
- Create the continuous improvement atmosphere to drive subordinates to achieve the target
- Foresee issues that may become urgent and set the preventive actions
- Update directly to superior on urgent issues immediately and propose appropriate solution
- Operate as per company regulations and requirements of ISO 9001 And AS9100
- Other responsibilities as per assignment of general director.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor degree or higher level in engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or relating fields
- At least 8-year-experience in production department, especial in manufacturing or related industry
- Precise
- Organized
- Technical creativity
- Management skill
- Knowledge of IS9100 will be preferred
- Fully trained on applicable standards of ISO, IS9100... and ability to control production activities.
- Self-motivated & organized
- Good command in English (4 skills required)
- Computer skill: Microsoft office and ERP System
