• tructure the daily visits to sites. M
• anage the whole sector and its projects. R

• onitor the activities and report on any potential issues. W
• ork closely with senior management. F
• ollow up on the Developer and his team with respect to the quality on-site. C
• oordinate and communicate with stakeholders. E
• xtracts engineering information from CAD drawings. P
• repares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs. C
• ompletes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes. Frequently interfaces with other Engineering disciplines as well as other departments. P
• repares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials. R
• eviews supplier-drawing submittals and performs technical bid analyses. P
• repares and issues specifications, datasheets, and other construction documents. P
• rovides technical guidance to lower-level Engineers working on the same project. M
• ay be required to provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances. M
• ay act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering-related matters. P
• erforms other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned. I
• nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
• erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

• achelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent from an accredited university in KSA. 1
• 0+ years of experience in a construction management/supervision role. A
• ble to work under pressure and tight deadlines. E
• xcellent communication and organization skills. E
• xperience working on High-rise buildings projects is a must. T
