Revenue Support Assistant (Ref.: 230000VV)

Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical support such as data input and documentation update
  • Assist in handling ticket refund, malfunctioned tickets / Octopus returned from stations, and provision of tickets / Octopus stock to stations
  • Assist in the daily operation of the Ticketing & Card Control Unit and record the case details of customer enquiries, complaints and suggestions

Requirements

  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language and Chinese Language
  • A minimum of 2 years’ work experience
  • Good PC knowledge, and interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
