Asset Investment Recovery (AIR) provides for and manages disposal and recycling of surplus assets for government ministries and broader public sector entities. Disposal of surplus assets is performed by selecting the most efficient and effective method available, which predominantly involves online bidding (bcauction.ca), cash and carry and recycling.

This position is responsible for storing, shipping, receiving, inventorying and distribution of government and broader public sector surplus assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a warehouse or similar inventory control environment.
  • WSBC Forklift Operation Certificate.
  • Experience working with materials handling equipment.
