Now we are looking for Waiter / Waitress for room service to join the hotel´s F&B operations team at Hotel Kämp.

Our F&B operations are open all year round and 24 hours a day, and room service is an important part of our service for hotel customers supporting our hotel brand and exclusive service.The main task of the room service Waiter is to keep our customers happy during their stay, and fulfilling their specific needs, night and day. During your workdays you will be e.g. preparing night menu dishes (simplified menu during night), serving drinks and answering the phone for other requests. Also, there are many responsibilities to prepare mise en place for breakfast and next day service. This job is three-shift-work, and rotation changes weekly. So you need to able and prepared to work in all times of the day, and every day of the week. You will be working approximately 90 h/3 weeks, and work starts during July. The contract will be concluded with Hotel Kämp.
Although you will be part of our skilled team, this job requires an independent and fearless approach, especially when working at night shift. Therefore, to be successful at work you need skills of working independently, a real passion for creating unforgettable experiences, interest towards food and drinks, skills to work systematically, interest in keeping the working environment clean and in order and accordingly desire to plan and prepare the shift.
You are the person we are looking for if you have a positive attitude and good communication skills. Also, our guests are expecting from us excellent service, recommendations and technical waiting skills. We also appreciate the initiative to work, systematic and flexible attitude. We expect fluent skills in English, and basics in Finnish. The genuine interest of taking care of our guests' unique events in accordance with the values of Hotel Kämp, putting your own person in the game, is essential.
