Summary:
5 days, office hours

MNC, Great Career ProgressionJob Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to local and overseas users
Work closely with Global IT on projects and provide local oversite and management of regional initiatives
Responding to user support request (ticket/task)
Set up VPN, access to NAS, Remote Desktop Services for users
Assist with Technology Refreshes (Hardware, Operating System, Patching, and Firmware)
Work with HR and Global IT on new hires & off boarding staffs IT tasks

Job Requirements:
Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (IT) is an added advantage.
Candidates with related background are welcome to apply
Knowledge in MS Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policies, Hyper-V and Microsoft 36 is a plus.
