Job brief
We are looking for a well-rounded QA Analyst who has a passion for working on modern sites alongside a world-class development team. The right candidate for this position will have good communication as well as technical skills and will work hard to always deliver a quality product. The ability to work with cross-functional teams in a rapidly growing environment is important.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement testing plans for products
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
- Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
- Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
- Research the current market for similar products and compare results
- Record and track any complaints or issues, including the cause and solution, through both tracking systems and records
- Interpret, comply with and develop the company's quality assurance standards
- Conduct audits and keep reports to document all quality assurance activities
- Develop and improve upon standards for design and production
- Create effective and efficient protocols for testing
- Continue to pursue personal education of new skills, technologies and solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
