Admin Assistant [Malaysia]


 

Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.

-Experiences working at property management and residency building at least for 1 year

-Perform dedicated customer service.

-Prepare monthly billings & send to owners

-Handle all general administrative work

-Assist in handling complaints from residents.

-Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.

-Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts

-Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.

-Attending calls & email inquiry.

Language: Bahasa Melayu , English

Qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma.

Prefer candidates who can work in Petaling Jaya/ Sungai way area.

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From RM2,200.00 per month
