What does a delivery drive do?
- Work as a team to deliver Amazon packages.
- Follow all driving rules and safety practices.
- Conduct inspection of vehicle before departing to deliver packages.
- Load packages onto cargo vans according to company's specifications.
- Deliver packages to customers on assigned routes in a full size van.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Team Lead and Dispatcher.
- Use a hand-held smart-phone device to deliver packages.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 100% RELIABLE; report to work on time and report to all shifts.
- Exceptional Team player.
- Customer focused.
- Ability to pass company driving test, drug test and etc.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs (seldom).
- Perform a minimum of 20-30 stops per hour; average 2-3 minutes/stop.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
