JOB DESCRIPTION :
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- A lead generation specialist is responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain lead generation strategies that are consistent with the company's core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency and excellence in all aspects of customer service.
- Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
- Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
- Experience with sales channel-Linkedin, sales Navigator ,zoominfo , lusha.
- Work closely with sales managers to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation
- Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
