Events Manager/Personal Assist. | Full-time | Dayshift | WFH [Philippines]


 

We are looking for a highly skilled Events Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team.

About the company/client: Events Company

Responsibilities:

  • Organising events on the Gold Coast (end to end management, from booking venues, to emailing attendees, and coordinating with suppliers - they need to be confident with the whole process).
  • Calendar management and scheduling for events + his work life/personal life
  • Coordinating team, attendees, suppliers and other speakers
  • Managing email replies
  • Creating the client’s weekly schedule
  • General admin tasks
  • General customer service stuff

Requirements:

  • MUST have previous experience running events + admin support for at least 2 years
  • Highly organised and very confident in providing assistance to the client
  • Personality type must either of the following: Consul / Executive / Protagonist / Commander
  • Can start ASAP
  • Marketing knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and English skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Timezone: Queensland, Australia

Working Hours: 8 hours per day (40hrs of work/week) from 10 am to 6 pm

Rate: $1,175 AUD/month
