Ensure all food service items are cleaned thoroughly and to a high standard – ensure items are checked thoroughly prior to releasing for use Organizing crockery, cutlery and other items required for functions, conferences and other events.
Ensure the safe and secure storage of crockery, cutlery and other items.
Maintain a clean and tidy garbage area - ensure that all bin bags are tied and placed in bins and closed. No rubbish should be left outside of bins at any time.
