Job Title: Male Hostel Warden
Qualification and Experience: Any Graduate with atleast 3 to 5 years experience as a Warden in a College Hostel.
Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities of a male hostel warden in a college include:
Student Welfare: Ensuring the well-being and safety of the hostel residents, maintaining discipline, and enforcing hostel rules and regulations.
Administration: Managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including room allocation, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Security: Implementing and monitoring security measures to ensure the safety of the residents, such as checking visitor's entry, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any security concerns.
Conflict Resolution: Mediating and resolving conflicts or issues among the residents, promoting a harmonious living environment.
Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle emergencies or crises, coordinating with relevant authorities, and taking appropriate actions to ensure the safety of the residents.
Counseling and Guidance: Providing guidance and support to the residents, offering assistance with personal, academic, or social issues, and referring them to appropriate resources when needed.
Communication: Maintaining effective communication with the college administration, staff, parents/guardians, and students regarding hostel matters, updates, and concerns.
Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of hostel occupancy, incident reports, student information, and any disciplinary actions taken.
Mentorship: Acting as a mentor and role model for the students, fostering a positive and conducive learning environment.
Collaboration: Collaborating with other hostel wardens, college authorities, and support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel and the overall well-being of the students.

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
