In this role, you will be responsible for developing profitable growth of our hybrid and zero emission vessel conversion business and overseeing market development for passenger vessel conversions in collaboration with the other business lines. The hybrid conversion services business focuses on providing emission reduction conversion solutions, including batteries, fuel cells and charging in the marine market.

Service Line Manager

Your responsibilities

• Globally identify and create new business opportunities for Hybrid and zero emission conversions for passenger segment
• Be a strategic sales partner for the bid team
• Work closely with product specialists and technical proposal managers in developing solutions to meet customer’s needs
• Work closely with the customer to develop customer relations
• Prepare technical presentations to the leadership level of customer organization
• Provide input to the Product management and R&D
• Support collaboration with key suppliers

Your background

• To be successful in this role will require industry knowledge in Marine business and experience, especially about electrical powerplant / propulsion / automation sales, ship design is a bonus
• Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience
• Strong technical background
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent negation skills and highly developed interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly – a strong team player
• General understanding of maritime classification and upcoming regulation
• Holistic understanding on conversion business order to delivery process
• Abilities to prepare and analyze data for fact-based decision making and actions
• Proven experience of organization mgmt. either as a direct manager or in matrix set up
• Fluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken
