We are seeking a new Assistant to join our Order Fulfilment team based at Balikpapan. In this role, you will join our Order fulfilment team in supporting our Sales team by providing customer service through clear communication and timely fulfilment of customer orders.

The role- Develop and maintain relationships with your internal and external customers
- Processing of sales orders and purchase orders
- Liaising with sales and freight teams in relation to orders from our international manufacturing sites
- Coordination of freight movements with domestic and international distributors and warehouse teams
- Maintaining up to date data in our systems
- Invoicing
- Answering enquiries from customers and internal teams
- A passion for providing great customer service
- Customs clearance experience - Beneficial
- Previous administration experience – any industry
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and apply that knowledge
- You are system savvy – word and excel experience – and pride yourself on your attention to detail
- Exposure to supply chain functions – advantageous but not essential
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
