BCI seeks a dedicated and passionate unarmed Flex Security Officers (referred to as "Security Specialists") to serve as an integral part of the BCI security team.
On a typical day as a Security Specialist, you can expect:
- A collaborative and rewarding team atmosphere of your peers;
- To remain active, engaged, and moving;
- Ever-changing conditions that move from quiet calm to extreme urgency in an instant;
- Working in a retail store environment, officers will be visible in a store front
- Work alongside Active or Retired Off-Duty-Police Officers
Schedule Options:
- 10-12-hour shifts;
- Overnight shifts; some day shifts available
- Holidays;
- 7 Days a week availability;

Minimum Qualifications at Entry:
Active State Guard Card License
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Description of Duties and Role Responsibility: Washington Retail Stores
Stand post as instructed and serve as general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client policy.
Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client policy violations at post that may be threat to physical assets, customers, and client's employees.
Patrol exterior of facility and parking are by foot as directed by client.
Report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies immediately to supervisor.
Address security related complaints and ensure proper documentation is completed as required.
Maintain and complete daily activity reports.
Maintain consistent performance, attendance uniform appearance and professional grooming.
Maintain professional communication with clients and customers.
