Job Duties:
- Receive incoming calls, assist customers, answer basic questions, and set appointments to dealership standards.
- Provide exceptional service by treating customers and clients like family.
- Adhere to company productivity and performance standards.
- Perform outbound follow-up calls by utilizing a provided script.
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
Requirements:
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking ability.
- Written communication skills; clear, concise writing, free of spelling and grammar mistakes.
- A dedicated, quiet space to work, free from distractions and background noise.
- A hardwired, high-speed internet connection.
- Hardwired head set with headphones and microphone.
- The ability to type, at minimum, 35 WPM.
- A minimum of one year of previous customer service experience.
