The EDI-Transaction Specialist EMEA will co-ordinate new EDI Integrations within the EMEA Region.
Work as part of the EDI-Transaction team based in Budapest, She/He will be managed client relationships and expectations through consistent direct integrations. She/He will be responsible for the follow up and administration of existing EDI connections and work closely with our eProcurement third party providers and manage the eCatalogue process.

How You will make an impact:
  • Project Manage new EDI Integration – Manage client relationships and expectations through consistent direct integrations
  • Monitor and advise on B2B transactional process (EDI)
  • Monitor and utilise eProcurement systems (Ariba, One Advanced..)
  • Evaluate and report on SAP EDI Process
  • Provide and Co-ordinate technical support
  • eCatalogue management - creation & uploading on procurement system, coordinate the custom pricing agreement where required, work with key internal stakeholders to obtain pricing agreements
  • Maintain eCatalogue Master is current and up-date with discontinued items etc
  • Utilise the eMarketplaces - product information, optimise search results, promotion
  • Analyse and provide reports from the eMarketplace on/off catalogue orders and take action accordingly

What
You’ll bring:
  • Ideally 2+ years eCommerce project co-ordination experience (eCatalogue management, EDI, Punchout, eProcurement portal/eMarketplace vendor)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and knowledge of cXML/HTML
  • Degree in Business/Marketing is a plus
  • Solid Excel skills and solid skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings with key functions (Sales, Customer Care, Finance)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (French/German/Italian/Spanish are a big plus)
