We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our company. As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of various properties under our management. Your attention to detail and expertise in painting techniques will contribute to creating a clean and visually appealing environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and patching holes and cracks.
- Select appropriate paint and materials for each project.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to protect and enhance surfaces.
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint.
- Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and coated for long-lasting results.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a facilities management or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to accurately mix and match paint colors.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to painting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and working in various positions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
