Summary:
The VC Dialer Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the VC dialer system. This includes creating and managing campaigns, monitoring drop rates, and ensuring that the system is running as effectively and efficiently as possible. The VC Dialer Manager also works with the Director of Contact Center Operations to develop and implement new calling strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage campaigns in the VC dialer system
- Monitor drop rates and make adjustments to minimize drop rate while maximizing agent utilization
- Keep log of call arrival times and associated sales rates
- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on VC functions and operations
- Monitor agent break time adherence and report to team manager/lead if outside of guidelines
- Utilize email blast tool to increase inbound call volume when needed
- Other duties or special assignments as deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years of experience in a dialer management role
- Strong understanding of dialer systems and how to optimize their performance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
