Logistics Specialist

Arbeidsbeskrivelse
Vi søker en dyktig person til en midlertidig og utfordrende stilling i logistikkavdelingen vår. Avdelingen består pr i dag av 13 ansatte. Vi har ansvaret for innkjøp av råvarer, lagring og distribusjon av varer til våre kunder og søsterselskap.
Oppgaver:
- Motta, koordinere og effektuere ordre fra de største kundene våre, herunder
- Oppdatering og vedlikehold av kundeordreoversikt
- Samkjøring av ordre med produkt planlegger og forecast-ansvarlig samt BDM’s (Business Development Manager) og markedsavdelingene
- Effektuere utsendelse av vareprøver, markedsmateriell o.l
- Planlegge, bestille og følge opp transport
- Kontering av fraktbilag
- Oppdatere eksportdeklarasjoner i samarbeid med kvalitetsavdelingen
- Bistå med og følge opp klagesaker, endringskontroller, avvik og prosedyrer innenfor ansvarsområdet
- Bistå i varierte kundehenvendelser

Det er et krav at du minimum har videregående skole, og ønskelig med en eventuell spesialisering innenfor salg/markedsføring og/eller logistikk.
