Job overview:
A member of the Back Office Team is a vital partner in delivering satisfaction to Ecolab customers in a sustainable and profitable manner by supporting Ecolab business needs across Europe by processing orders and contracts end to end accurately, completely and within agreed deadlines. This individual effectively communicates (in writing) with local Ecolab Customer Service representatives in the countries, Divisional representatives and other Ecolab businesses and/or functions. The team serves the local Divisions by processing high volumes of inbound transactions, including order requests submitted and handle end to end contract management activities. Its main aim is to serve the customers by on time and accurate equipment delivery as well as to support the business by timely invoicing thus increasing monthly revenue.
The role delivers value to our customers and therefore our company by:
- Accurately entering all order and contract related transactions and managing exceptions as per defined processes
- Managing workload as per defined service level agreements by meeting daily / monthly deadlines
- Running reports in order to ensure all invoices are sent out, asset depreciation for the equipment on loan started on time and errors are corrected.
- Build & maintain mutually beneficial, friendly but professional relationship with local customer service Front Office teams.
- Follow up on missing order information or other general inquiries and requests with the local Front Office team.
- Adjust delivery dates accordingly, when necessary.
- Escalate technical issues.
- Be part of automation projects.
