Position : Receptionist & Admin @ Jalan Tun Razak
Reporting to : Principal
Job Description:
Customer Service
1. Attending clients (New and Existing) and answer to questions and requests
2. Promoting Awesome programs to new clients
3. Preparation and documentation for new arriving students
4. Assisting new students in registration
5. Completing the filing for new students
Administration:
1. Assisting the principal in administration matters
2. Completing students files
3. Updating student attendance
4. Follow up on student reports and update the system
5. Preparation of student certificates and transcripts
Marketing:
1. Contributing to marketing activities
2. Assisting Marketing team in preparation
Other Tasks as required and reltad
Offering Salary:
Ringgit Malaysia 2500 + EPF + EIS + SOCSO
Contract terms:
1. 6 Months’ probation period
2. After completion of probation period,
a. Offering Ringgit Malaysia 2750 Salary + KPI
b. Medical Insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
