JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Computer Literate
- With good customer relation skills
- Flexible and can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Has strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
- Willing to work overtime
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handles telephone calls with regards to internet
- Facilitate interment schedule and coordinate with Interment Supervisor
- Prepares and process the billing of vault contractors, coordinators, singer and marble engraver
- Monitors delivery of the vaults
- Monitors deliver of the marble maker
- Prepares the monthly interment report
- Prepares and process exhumation request
- Prepares and process Transfer of Rights
- Performs other tasks assigned by Superior
