Registers in the accounting the documents regarding the justification of the advances for settlement granted to the employees in cash or on the card;
Follows the justification of the advances granted on time, according to the procedure of granting and justifying the advances;
Makes monthly notifications to employees who have exceeded the deadlines for justifying advances;
Monthly prepare the analytical balance of account 542 "Advances for settlement" and the statement of cash advances not closed according to the company's procedures, by seniority (aging);
Provides support/training to colleagues in the use of programs for obtaining approvals and settlement of expenses;
Responsible for the constant updating of working procedures
Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
Be compliant with all SGBS process and policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience;
Advanced knowledge of Romanian accounting, including fiscal aspects;
Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module;
Previous working experience preferably in large/global organizations;
Good technical knowledge of MS office;
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good English language skills.
