Job Description:
The IT Support will be responsible for providing technical support to the construction site office staff, including hardware and software installation and configuration, network troubleshooting, and user support. The IT Support will also be responsible for ensuring the security and backup of all IR systems and date.
Required Qualifications:
· Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
· Customer service oriented and able to interact professionally with all levels of users.
· Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
