Shift Manager

- Organization of warehouse work ensuring a high degree of order fulfillment with quality and timeliness in mind
- Measurement and reporting of results
- Continuous improvement of processes streamlining logistics operations
- Planning and supervision of the team's work during the shift
- Ensuring high quality of logistics operations
- Close cooperation with warehouse operations planners
- Supervision of all warehouse management activities
- Has at least 3 years of experience of working in a similar position
- Is well versed in warehouse logistics and distribution processes
- Knows how WMS systems work
- Can manage projects
- Holds a university degree
- Knows English at a level that allows easy communication
- Is ready to work in a 3-shift system
- Work in a company with a friendly atmosphere that allows free exchange of experience and excellent teamwork
