What you will do
In this multi-faceted role, you will spread your time between delivering motivational IB focused presentations in schools around the world, delivering and coordinating IB-focused webinars, and building an IB school community through marketing, sales and outreach.
Your role will vary with the school year, and will start with you giving presentations about study skills and the IB Diploma to IB schools all over the world, in person and online, while spreading the word about Lanterna. You will organise and schedule your own travel for these in-person visits. Your working hours will be flexible as you will be spending a large amount of your time travelling for visits, and delivering dynamic online webinars. When not travelling to schools, you will work with our Schools team to develop school solutions, speaking with and learning from leaders at IB world schools to help market and sell our school solutions.
You will gain lots of experience in public speaking and use a variety of applications to create engaging and eye-catching presentations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Delivering inspiring talks and presentations to IB schools and promoting Lanterna
Organising and scheduling travel for yourself and others for in-person visits to schools
Liaising with school staff (teachers, IB coordinators) throughout the year about Lanterna’s offerings & services
Engaging with students, parents, and school leaders using your experience and knowledge of the IB
Cultivating school leads through community building when visiting and speaking with schools
In this role, you will work closely with our Schools team, and receive extensive training and coaching to ensure you continue to develop your knowledge and ability across a wide range of skills including Sales, Marketing & Operations.

Our team is based in Stockholm, Sweden and abroad in multiple locations. Working location will be Stockholm, or Stockholm hybrid with regular trips to Sweden.

Salary: Competitive with sales bonus
