We are looking for energetic English-speaking candidates in our Sales and Support department.
Requirement and Qualification:
- Candidates that apply for this position should be exceptionally good at speaking, and writing English language (British accent preferred).
- Must be well experienced with working on CRMs, Microsoft Office and other management software suites.
- Have strong communication and management skills.
- Should be self-driven, highly punctual and able to handle complex situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
- To keep a strong, follow up of all sale leads.
- Having good negotiation and administration skills
- Give solution to prospects, engage with them till the sale is closed.
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent Diary Management skills with the ability to pre-empt and look ahead at all times
