Real Estate Call Center Representative [United Arab Emirates]

  • Contact potential clients in order to increase sales opportunities.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s requirements.
  • Management and resolving customer complaints.
  • Entering and updating clients details into the database.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Complete call logs and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Customer Service experience in Real estate (At least 1 year of experience).
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Call Center Representative in Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
