YOUR ROLE


  • Provide secretarial support to Regional Product/Support Leaders and support them in their travel arrangements
  • Provide direct Project Management support on specific project assignments and management slides for meetings
  • Deliver the minutes with actions for all meetings directly to all stakeholders


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


  • Provide secretarial support to Regional Leaders including but no limited to managing calendar, expense reports, composing and preparing correspondences, arranging and coordinating travel plans, itineraries and agendas for travel-related meetings
  • Manage administration of meetings, regional events, townhall and minutes writing.
  • Provide support to global members with travel arrangements, lodging and meeting planning as needed.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal stakeholders; demonstrating leadership to main credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on completion.
  • Work closely and effectively with country Product/Function Heads, egional leaders and global and to keep the Leaders well informed of any upcoming commitments.
  • Ensure that projects and programs are effectively managed and communicated across the region.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling all matters.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Regional Product & Function Leaders.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience in secretarial / executive support, project management in MNC environment
  • Experience with managing complex changes and conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrates discretion with sensitive/confidential matters
  • Organised, energetic, proactive with ability to multi-task, takes new responsibilities with a can-do attitude
  • High sense of responsibility and work ownership
  • Strong project management and IT skills – MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Good organisational skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Flexible approach to work times & locations
