Facility Management Manager [Thailand]


 

Our client is a leading hospital in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and implementing a program to ensure that all utility systems and equipment operates effectively and efficiently.
  • Handling the inspection and maintenance of the utility systems and equipment.
  • Managing manpower and resources to provide services effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and reporting utility consumption, systems, and equipment condition, breakdowns, maintenance costs, and staff performance.
  • Handling the management of tool and instrument inventory.
  • Handling the management of spare parts inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
  • Good command of English, both writing and speaking.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
