Our client is a leading hospital in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and implementing a program to ensure that all utility systems and equipment operates effectively and efficiently.
- Handling the inspection and maintenance of the utility systems and equipment.
- Managing manpower and resources to provide services effectively and efficiently.
- Monitoring and reporting utility consumption, systems, and equipment condition, breakdowns, maintenance costs, and staff performance.
- Handling the management of tool and instrument inventory.
- Handling the management of spare parts inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
- Good command of English, both writing and speaking.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
