Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Offering strategic direction and guidance to the delivery team, ensuring efforts are aligned with the company's mission and vision
- Effectively overseeing interactions with clients and stakeholders, engaging with them in a professional and prompt manner
- Formulating and updating customer-specific improvement plans that cater to their unique needs
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs by consistently delivering services as per agreed-upon standards
- Supervising the provision of the company's services through project planning and scheduling, guaranteeing the timely achievement of project objectives, and handling modifications to project scope and expenses
- Optimizing resource allocation across projects, taking into account competencies, availability, and project priorities
The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate, you will have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- At least 7 years of experience in service delivery within the IT industry in a similar role. Experience in a System Integrator environment will be a bonus
- Cyber Security understanding and experience of cyber tools
- Highly experienced in Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
- PMP certified
