Usage, Digital Payments and Ecosystem - (230001AB)
- Support Team Lead in growing overall cards spend and active cardmembers, with goal of driving customer share of wallet growth for OCBC Cards
- Relationship management with key merchant partners and acquire new merchant partners, which includes negotiating for offers for OCBC Cards and Digital Payment
- Execute, track and review marketing campaigns end-to-end, working with internal stakeholders and external partners, within budgets and deadlines
- Leverage internal policies and processes to onboard merchant partners/offers
- Manage the operational set-up, monitoring and maintenance of campaigns and contents on the related platforms and channels; and day-to-day platform / marketing / customer servicing support & operations
- Assist in developing agency briefs and campaign requests forms; and ensure proper and timely follow-up on deliverables from conception to execution
- Assist in managing campaigns and contents, and ensuring compliance to guidelines and process requirements
- Assist in preparing reporting and data analysis and insights
- Handle administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as tasked

- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience
